Refund Policy

At Jada Juice Incorporated, we are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

1. No Returns on Perishable Products

Because our juices are fresh, raw, and perishable, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled due to an error on our end.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or full refund for the affected items.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order (wrong product or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending the correct items or issuing a refund for the missing or incorrect products.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues caused by shipping delays beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed and the product arrives spoiled, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard refund policy applies.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been consumed or opened
  • Products that were not stored properly after delivery
  • Products reported after the 24-hour reporting window
